PPT Engineering is an engineering company founded in 2020 with operations in Central America and projects developed in South America, Central America and The Caribbean.

We are a young of multidisciplinary professionals in charge of the development of design and construction projects.

Our mission is to contribute to innovative and efficient solutions that meet customer requirements.

Within our technical services we have: Structural Design, Infrastructure, MEP, Value Engineering, Peer Review and Project Management based on PMI principles.

Our vision is to be an avant-garde and innovative company in civil design, which allows us to generate and deliver value in all our projects.

We design: We offer design service of structures, networks, use of digital tools and methodologies that allows pre - building a project in a simulated environment involving all the actors from the beginning, generating efficiencies in time and costs with a design consultancy adapted to the needs of the project.

We build: Our team is in charge of meticulously supervising the execution of the project, adjusting every detail to the planned design. We work closely with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain fluid communication, on-time progress and compliance with the scope and budget of each commissioned project. Regular site visits and inspections allow us to manage risks and take advantage of opportunities for improvement, addressing any changes from a design perspective to preserve the vision and quality of the project.

Our BIM (Building Information Modeling) team plays a key role in the design methodology throughout our company. BIM allows us to visualize deliverables, identify potential issues and interferences early, and optimize resources, resulting in cost-effective and timely project delivery. It also standardizes and improves workflows across all disciplines, incorporating new technologies and enhancements to meet the latest regulations.

We leverage technology to drive solutions, taking a multidisciplinary approach that integrates architectural, engineering and construction expertise. By fusing design with innovative solutions, we ensure that projects are taken to the next level. We see each project as an opportunity to shape spaces that inspire and endure.

From the initial idea for a project and its feasibility, through the financing, planning and execution process, to the operation and beyond – we accompany and guide public and private developers and investors through all project phases. We take on all challenges our clients face – financial, contractual and economic as well as construction engineering and planning related.
